USAC Racing Memberships for Ultra4, EMC and UTV Drivers Ultra4 Racing is pleased to announce that we are offering USAC membership to all of our drivers and co-drivers. The United States Auto Club (USAC) is the sanctioning body behind some of the largest racing organizations in the country, and we are pleased to be one of the racing organizations working with USAC.
