Merchandise Terms and Conditions
Shipping
- All orders are processed within three to four business days, excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.
- All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping times do not begin until the order has shipped.
- Hammer King Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders once they leave our shipping facility.
International Shipping
- Yes, we ship Internationally.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. HKP is not responsible for these charges if applied and is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
- Merchandise purchased at an event is subject to an exchange within 30 days of the completion of the event. Refunds are valid on-site only and subject to approval.
- We will accept your online purchase for a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original receipt.
- New, unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a product of equal value. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and include the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Refund is the amount of purchase, minus shipping.
- After 30 days, returns are subject to approval. Please contact store@kingofthehammers.com.
Defective Merchandise
- If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund.
- Please contact us at store@kingofthehammers.com with a description and photos to report defective merchandise.
