Dsquared Racing Grabs a Top Ten Finish and Qualifies for KOH 2013

Colorado based Dsquared Racing is proud to announce an 8th place finish in the 4400 class and 13th overall at the Cinco de Baja in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 5th.  Starting in 6th position, driver Darren Henke and co-driver Will Francis completed the 200 mile course in 4 hours and 20 minutes.    The race hosted 65 competitors overall, 46 total in the Ultra 4 class. 
 
“Overall the day went perfect, beautiful weather, great pit support, and the car could have gone another 200 miles easily,” said Darren Henke, driver of the #4441 car.
 
In addition to the strong finish, Dsquared was able to secure a qualifying spot for the 2013 King of the Hammers. The team plans to run the entire Ultra 4 Pro Series and Trail-Gear Western Regional Series with the next race coming up at the end of July – the 4Wheel Parts Glen Helen Grand Prix in San Bernardino, California. 
 
D2 Racing is the husband and wife racing team of Darren and Darlene Henke from Golden, CO.  2012 will be the team’s second full season of racing in Ultra 4.
