ATX Wheels: Official Wheel of Ultra4 Racing

Ultra4 Racing is pleased to announce that ATX Wheels is the Official Wheel of Ultra4 Racing. ATX Wheels has been a long-time supporter of Ultra4 Racing. Many prominent drivers including 2010 Griffin King of The Hammers winner, Loren Healy and Jimmy’s 4×4 driver, Cottin Rodd are planning to race on ATX Wheels in 2012. Both drivers used the wheels in 2011 in such brutal races as King of The Hammers and the Ultra4 Stampede.
The ATX Series was launched in 2004 by custom wheel industry leader American Racing, to provide the off road and outdoor enthusiasts wheels for their vehicle that were designed specifically to meet the demands that off roaders subject their vehicles to. After two rigorous years of both on & off road testing American Racing was the first and is currently the only wheel companies that can offer wheel that have been coated with Teflon®. During those tests they have found that coating wheels with the Teflon finish significantly enhances the wheel’s resistance to brake dust, dirt, road film and UV degradation. This resistance to the elements means that you can spend less time cleaning your wheels and more time getting them dirty. ATX is a proud supporter of a variety of  Off Road  related events and races and Motorsports sponsorships include the likes of  Loren Healy, Cottin Rodd, Mel Wade and Jim Brown.
