Wheeler’s charges a fee when packages or freight are picked up.
Freight carriers must be able to unload shipments from the truck and place them on the ground. Wheeler’s does not have equipment available to unload heavy freight or pallets.
The Ranch is a private residence with a large metal building and bay doors. There is no charge to pick up an approved shipment from this location.
The address is private. It will be provided to contracted King of the Hammers sponsors and vendors after their shipping request has been approved.
USPS does not deliver to The Ranch.
Freight delivery companies are encouraged to be prepared to get the product off the truck and onto the ground themselves as there is no guarantee there will be someone available to assist with a fork lift.
Vendors and partners must receive approval from Event Management before shipping anything related to their involvement with the event to or from The Ranch.

Address every shipment to The Ranch as follows:
All required information must appear on the shipping label when the shipment is delivered. No exceptions.
Failure to follow all shipping guidelines/rules will result in the rejection of the shipment or liquidated damages of $500 per shipping guideline/rule violation.
If shipping is approved to/from The Ranch, all shipping guidelines and rules noted in the mandatory checkbox of the Shipping Form and/or in the Vendor FAQs must be followed.

This amount is agreed upon by both parties as a reasonable estimate of the potential loss that would result from the Vendor’s failure to follow the shipping guidelines and rules.
The parties also agree that the liquidated damages must be paid BEFORE Event Management is required to release the items to the Vendor.
