I am interested in becoming a vendor, where do I begin?

Thank you for your interest in joining!

Please complete this Vendor Inquiry Form to tell us about your business. You will then be added to our list of interested vendors. If a vending opportunity becomes available and your company is selected, we will be in touch with you via email.

All vendors must retain a contract and permit with Hammerking Productions and the Bureau of Land Management in order to vend at King of the Motos or King of the Hammers.

If you wish to vend King of the Motos only, please contact Tiara Hunter to discuss pricing and availability.
If you are a vendor who has signed up to purchase a vendor booth at King of the Hammers, you may vend at King of the Motos for no additional charge, however, you must notify Tiara Hunter or make this KOH & KOM vending selection during the online Vendor Booth Confirmation/Final Payment period through our online Portal by/in October the year prior to the event dates.

Thank you for your interest in joining!

Please complete this Vendor Inquiry Form to tell us about your business.

You will then be added to our list of interested vendors. If a vending opportunity becomes available and your company is selected, we will be in touch with you via email.

To ensure the success of food vendors, there are a limited number of food vending booths. Food vendors pay 3% of all sales to the BLM through Hammerking Productions and a percentage of sales to Hammerking Productions; power and WiFi are additional costs. The percentage paid to Hammerking Productions must exceed the value of the food vendor’s booth.

What is the admin fee used for?

Vendors pay a one-time per year admin fee during the Fall while confirming and paying for their assigned vendor booth via our online Portal or through invoicing.

An administrative fee, or admin fee, is a charge that covers operational costs for services or accounts. The admin fee does not apply to any BLM or HKP sales percentage pay ins due to either organization, nor is it refundable or able to be used as a credit.

How can I attend KOH as a VIP?

You may purchase VIP tickets through TIXR.

No parking on the street please.

If interested in a Premium or VIP Camp, please contact:

Additional Information

Are there any discounts on bulk VIP wristband purchases for vendors, partners, or racers?

Yes!

Our standard procedure for discounts on VIP wristbands is to offer a discount on bulk purchases by one person/company in excess of ten VIP wristbands. So, the first ten VIP wristbands would be priced at retail, then any additional VIP wristbands would be discounted 20%. Once the ten VIP wristbands are purchased, you may contact accounting@kingofthehammers.com so they can confirm the purchase then provide you with a discount code to purchase the additional VIP wristbands at the discounted price.

How many wristbands, camper and parking passes are included with my vendor registration?

Three partner wristbands for each 30×20 booth.

  • If a partner needs more than their allotted amount for their staff working KOH event, partner may request pre-purchases to the KOH Vendor Manager via email or text. Additional partner wristbands are $75 each.

Two general BLM lakebed camper passes per vendor.

  • Increases by one for each additional 30×20 booth purchased. This is only a sticker to allow your camper on the BLM lakebed. This is not a camp spot. RVs/Campers are not permitted in Hammertown vendor booths unless you purchase a location of 30×40 or larger. If purchasing a 30×40 or larger location, you may camp inside your vendor booth, as long as the RV/camper is within your purchased space and behind your display out of sight of attendees unless it is branded/wrapped and part of your display.

Hammertown Vehicle Passes

  • Hammertown Vehicle Passes may be purchased at the Welcome Tent on Boone Rd during the event only for $30 per vehicle. No pre-sales. For the safety of our visitors, Hammertown is a foot traffic only vendor show. Any vendor needing to drive to their booth during event vending dates to restock, setup, etc., will require a Hammertown Vehicle Pass and should do so between the hours listed in this FAQ under: May I drive to/from my vendor booth inside Hammertown vendor show during King of the Hammers event?
  • To help ensure safety, we ask that you avoid driving through crowds around the main Hammertown fire pit or through concert crowds. You do not need a Hammertown Vehicle Pass to drive in/out of your booth during exhibitor move-in/set-up dates, only during event vending dates.

  • KOM = King of the Motos (annual event)
  • U4 = Ultra4USA (year-round regional race events)
  • HKP = Hammerking Productions, Inc (Owner/Management Company of KOH, KOM, and U4)
  • BLM = Bureau of Land Management (Government agency that overseas the public land KOH and KOM events are hosted on)

Where is King of the Hammers event located?

King of the Hammers is located just off Highway 247 (AKA: Old Woman Springs Road) in Johnson Valley, CA. From the highway, turn onto Boone Road and follow the gravel road to our Welcome Tent located on Barnes Road inside “The Forty” fenced property. From here, after you check in, you’ll proceed through the Welcome Gate and onto the dry lakebed towards “Hammertown.”

When does registration for returning vendors open?

King of the Hammers is one time a year, but we work year-round! Your KOH staff keep in touch with sponsors and vendors throughout the year.

Please contact Tiara Hunter if you have any questions:

Tiara Hunter, Vendor Manager

You may contact her at:

Returning vendor deposits are typically due during the Summer. Returning vendors will receive an email with instructions.

Returning vendor booth assignment confirmations/final payment are typically due in October and signed vendor contracts are typically due in November. If I need vendor assistance during the event, how do I get in contact with the Vendor Management Team during the event?

Hammerking Productions (King of the Hammers & King of the Motos) values all of its sponsors, partners, and vendors. We are here for you and aim to provide the best customer service.

Tiara Hunter, Vendor Manager is onsite to assist you from Jan 22 – Feb 8, 2026.

  • Stop by the Media Tent, KOH General Store, or KOH Merch Trailer and ask them to radio Tiara Hunter on their handheld radio.
  • The Welcome Center on Boone Rd may be able to call Tiara Hunter however they are not always able to do so given their physical distance from Hammertown Vendor Show with limited cell/radio service.

We also have an onsite Vendor Management Team working directly with Tiara Hunter, Vendor Manager. They are happy to assist you or help get you in touch with Tiara Hunter.

  • Vendor Management Team members can be easily identified as they are wearing “KOH Vendor Management Team” fluorescent vests and are regularly walking or driving the isles of the Hammertown Vendor Show. Feel free to flag them down!
  • You can also stop by the Media Tent, KOH General Store, or KOH Merch Trailer and ask them to radio the Vendor Management Team on their handheld radio for assistance.

Are vendor deposits, admin fees, vendor booth payments, or sales percentage pay-ins refundable?

All payments are non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable as there’s a lot of planning, infrastructure, and work that goes into each location held for a vendor. In addition, holding a spot for a vendor eliminates an opportunity for other vendors at our event. Last-minute cancellations are costly to our event and unfair to other vendors who are hoping to get into the event. No refunds or credit for inclement weather or mud.

Are dogs allowed at KOH?

Yes!

We love our furry friends. Dogs are allowed on BLM land, in the Hammertown Vendor Show, and at your Hammertown camp/garage.

Dogs are not allowed in the VIP Tent or in the HKP Food Tent unless they are a Service Animal.

We respectfully ask that for the safety of your dog and attendees, as well as to remain in compliance with BLM laws, please keep your dog on a leash at all times.
