Dsquared Racing Secures Spot for 2012 KOH

Colorado based Dsquared Racing is proud to announce a 17th place finish at the 4 Wheel Parts Glen Helen Grand Prix last weekend.  Starting 19th with a qualifying time of 8:40, car #4441 ran a solid race Saturday completing 25 laps before crossing the checkered flag.  In addition to the strong finish, Dsquared was able to secure a qualifying spot for the 2012 King of the Hammers – a goal they worked all season to accomplish.
“Taking the time to dial in the car in addition to running a smaller tire really made a huge difference on speed and performance during the race,” said DarrenHenke, driver of the #4441 car.
D2 Racing is the husband and wife racing team of Darren and Darlene Henke from Golden, CO.  Darren and Darlene competed in the 2011 King of the Hammers by finishing 15th in the Last Chance Qualifier.
