Klim Named Title Sponsor of 2015 King of The Motos

Dec. 2nd  2014 – Johnson Valley, CA:  Hammerking Productions is pleased to announce that Klim, the manufacturer of rugged motorsports apparel,  is the 2015 title sponsor for the Klim King of The Motos presented  by Trail Tech.  The race is part of the Nitto King of The Hammers week, and is a grueling all-day enduro event for both pro and amateur motos riders that combines high speed desert racing with extreme rock canyon riding. Trail Tech, manufacturer of off-road accessories for endurance motorcycle riders and off-road enthusiasts, will be continue on as the presenting sponsor.
The Klim King of The Motos presented by Trail Tech event was created by Dave Cole, founder of King of The Hammers and ULTRA4 Racing, in collaboration with enduro riding legend, Jimmy Lewis. Lewis is the race director for the event.  Cole had this to say about the new partnership. “Klim apparel is considered the toughest motorcycle gear in the industry.  We’re excited to have the toughest riding gear sponsoring the toughest off road motorcycle race in North America. With Klim and Trail Tech on board for 2015, it’s going to be our best year yet for the motos riders.”
More than 100 riders from multiple countries are expected to attend the 4th annual event to be held Sunday, February 1st, 2015 in Johnson Valley, CA.  Pro Rider Cody Webb has won the last two years and is expected to return in 2015. In addition to Webb, pro riders Taylor Webb, Kyle Redmond, and Graham Jarvis, the first ever King of The Motos champion from the UK are also expected to return for the 2015 race.  The race will be a two stage format with riders completing the desert section in the morning before starting the technical rock canyon stages in the afternoon.
