Fallon 250 Schedule of Events
THURSDAY, August 31st 2PM  Pits open for Move In – Teams will be allowed to inspect course at 35 MPH after pit  move in on Thursday. Maximum speed is 35 MPH. Obey all Nevada laws. COURSE INSPECTION AT YOUR OWN RISK. 3PM – 6PM Early registration at the start/finish pit area
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st 9AM – 11:59PM  Course open for inspection.  Maximum speed is 35 MPH. Obey all Nevada laws. COURSE INSPECTION AT YOUR OWN RISK.   9AM – 5PM   Race Registration – on site at the start/finish pit area
2PM – Mandatory driver meeting for all drivers qualifying. Drivers unable to qualify must be available for driver updates 45 minutes prior to start of race time. NEW! 3PM – 6PM Qualifying for all classes – Qualifying will be approx. first mile of race course and teams can then continue on to pre-run or return to pits. 3PM – 5PM Tech inspection on site at the start/finish pit area. Drivers must register before tech inspection. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd 12AM Course closed for inspection.
6AM  PRODUCTION CLASSES (9, 11, Full Metal) AND 4600 CLASS Start of Race (9 hr time limit) Classes: 4600, VORRA 9, 11, Full Metal
7AM  ALL REMAINING VORRA (Class T, 10, 1), LIMITED (4800, 4500)  & UTV CLASSES Start of Race (8 hr time limit) Classes: 4500, 4800  VORRA T, 10 & 1, UTVs
1:30PM   Begin cut off times for all Morning Classes to start a final lap
3PM  Race over for all morning classes – Awards ceremony for morning Race will take place immediately following completion of race.
2PM  4400 Class – Start of unlimited race based upon morning course clearance Start of Race (Race will have an 8 hour time limit cut off depending on when it starts)
8:30PM Begin cut off times for all Unlimited Classes to start a final lap – time dependent on course clearance of morning race. Cut-off time will be 6.5 hours after start of race.
Awards ceremony will take place once first 10 cars have successfully finished for podium placement.
10PM – Race over for all Unlimited Classes – time dependent on course clearance of morning race. Race end time will be 8 hours after start of race.
