2023 Race of Kings Rookie!
What’s the Contest?
Hammerking Productions is selecting one winner to be the ultimate Race of Kings Rookie that has never raced a King of the Hammers or Ultra4 race that will be racing the 4400 class at King of the Hammers 2023! We will document their progress as they are guided by some of the most known drivers in the sport! Keep reading for more details, then see if you have what it takes to enter to win to be the first, RACE OF KINGS ROOKIE! Entries open through June 30, 2022 so don’t wait!
What the Winner Will Receive:
Hammerking productions videography team that will document the rookie’s progress building and racing in the 4400 class at KOH 2023.
A produced, featured video in the KOH 2023 live show of their journey, along with featured race coverage and a post-race recap!

How to Apply:
Submit a video telling us why you should be the KOH23’ Race of Kings 4400 Rookie, get creative!
Video must be between 1-2 minutes long.
Name must be clearly stated or captioned in your video.
Information that must be submitted with your video (not necessarily included in video): name, age, city and state you reside in (where shooting would be), phone number, email and race vehicle or where/when you will be securing the race vehicle.

Who Can Apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a race car you will be building or show the ability to secure race car upon being notified of being in the selection of the final three applicants.*
Must reside in one of the 50 Domestic States.
Beginning and Ending:
Entries will be taken June 7 – June 30, 2022.
One winner will be announced no later than July 15, 2022.
Video Shooting will begin on agreed upon date between the winner and Hammerking Productions, no later than August 1, 2022.
Wrap up video shoot after King of the Hammers no later than March 31, 2023.
Additional:
The prize package is not transferrable for cash. The prize(s) offered will be in race entry, produced video, merchandise, apparel or other goods and may vary.
The final “Rookie” will be selected based on criteria such as: video application, the possession of race car or ability to secure race car to meet the requirements to race the 4400 race class in specified timeframe (Rulebook: https://www.ultra4racing.com/rulebook,) and interview. Hammerking Productions has the right to use the videos to vote online, in a panel or other means if deemed necessary.
*Winner will need to produce proof of race vehicle that will be able to meet specs to the 4400 class within five days of being notified of final three contestants.
Recipient must sign agreement to terms and conditions committing to full length of project through the end of the race at King of the Hammers February 11, 2023, plus video project recap no later than March 31, 2023.
Must never have previously raced a King of the Hammers or Ultra4 Race in any capacity or role.
Winner must be in one of the 50 Domestic US States due to video production travel.

Hammerking Productions reserves the right to change, cancel or modify the contest at any time.

Hereby agrees that photographs, video and audio productions and telecasts may be made of the undersigned either alone or together with others, during the race event or at such times or places as Hammerking Productions and/or affiliate shall designate. The applicants/winner agrees that all rights in such photographs, video and audio productions and telecasts including but not limited to: rights of sale, reproduction, use and distribution, shall belong to Hammerking Productions, or affiliates which may make whatever use of such photographs, video productions and telecasts as it or they may desire. The applicants grant Hammerking Productions or its affiliates and assigns the non-exclusive right to use the applicants name or likeness for any and all commercial benefit and purpose, without limitation in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media, whether known or unknown.
By submitting a video, the contestant is allowing Hammerking Productions the right to use the video in any promotional use, the applicant understanding they will receive no compensation for the video outside the stated prize package.
The contestant is agreeing that upon winning, they will be allowing Hammerking Productions to use their image, likeness, photographs, and video with no monetary compensation now or in the future. Winner may be documented beginning at submission through King of the Hammers.
Odds will be determined by number of submissions.
Winner will be announced on King of the Hammers social media and website by July 15, 2022.
