Vendor FAQs

Are generators allowed in the vendor booths inside Hammertown?

There will be no generators in vendor booths in Hammertown or by the Welcome Gate on Boone Road. Vendor booths located on Boone Road near Gate One will be able to use generators because power is not available in that area. Each vendor booth in Hammertown and near the Welcome Gate will include one, 120V/20amp power connection. Vendors will have the option to purchase additional connections during registration.

Can I be a food vendor at KOH or KOM?

To ensure the success of food vendors, there are a limited number of food vending spots available. Food vendors do not pay the vendor booth price, but instead pay 3% of all sales to the BLM and 17% of all sales to Hammerking Productions; power and WiFi are additional costs. The 17% paid to Hammerking Production must exceed the value of the booth any food vendor is assigned to. We will meet with each food vendor regularly to collect the 17% and 3% on-site, so our vendors are not holding excess amounts of cash. Please do not give cash to anyone other than the assigned person by Hammerking, unless instructed by your vendor contact directly. If anyone else asks you for cash, please refuse and contact Hammerking Productions.

Can I sell apparel at KOH and use the KOH logo on my apparel?

To ensure that we do not oversaturate the market and keep our vendor show primarily auto related, we do limit the number of apparel companies at our show. Auto parts/services vendors may sell apparel related to their brand but we ask at you limit it to two-three pieces to keep your booth focused on auto parts and service. No vendor is permitted to use the KOH logo or reference KOH on apparel or products. Select sponsors may receive the right to use KOH logo or reference KOH on apparel or products if negotiated in their sponsorship deal. Approval is needed for the logo usage by those sponsors before print.

Do I need a Bureau of Land Management(BLM) permit to be a vendor?

Anyone vending on BLM land needs a permit. Instructions how to secure the permit will be given at the time of your booth assignment. If you are vending on one of our private properties you do not need a permit.
