Shipping 

  • All orders are processed within two to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.  
  • All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Priority shipping times do not begin until the order has shipped. 
  • King of the Hammers is not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally. 
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Hammerking Productions is not responsible for these charges if applied and is the responsibility of the customer.  

Returns and Exchanges

  • We will accept your return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt or order confirmation. 
  • New, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchanged for another product. 
  • Refunded amount will be the amount of purchase, minus shipping. 
  • After 30 days, returns are subject to approval. Please contact store@kingofthehammers.com .

Defective Merchandise

  • If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund. 
  • Please contact us at store@kingofthehammers.com with a description and photos to report defective merchandise.
