All Regional Ultra4 Drivers Invited to Texas National Championship
The top 50 Ultra4 drivers have been invited to attend the National Championship at Texana Ranch, Texas this November. Only one driver will claim the title of Nitto Tire 2012 Ultra4 National Champion. The top 50 drivers were determined by combining the drivers two top scores from the Trail-Gear Western Regional Series or the 4WD Hardware Eastern Regional Series. 31 drivers qualified in the Trail-Gear Western Regional Series. 15 drivers qualified in the 4WD Hardware Eastern Regional Series and 4 drivers qualified with a combination of races from both series.
The top 50 drivers have have until September 1st to reserve their spot in the championship. After September 1st, spots will be opened up on a first come/first serve basis to all Ultra4 drivers who have participated in 2012 races. Pro Series participants are also welcome to race in Texas, however, pro series points do not count towards the Regional and National Championship.
Texas is not only the where Nitto Tire Ultra4 National Champion will be crowned, it is also the last chance in 2012 for drivers to qualify for the 2013 King of The Hammers race. Drivers can reserve their spot by paying a $100 non refundable deposit which will be applied towards entry fees for the Ultra4 National Championship race. This deposit can be paid online at: http://www.kohthemovie.com/product.php?productid=79&cat=7&page=1.
Due to Texana Ranch policies, only 50 drivers will be able to race in Texas. If, after September 1st, there are still spots available, the additional drivers listed below will have an opportunity on a first come/first serve basis to reserve a spot by placing a $100 pre-registration deposit. Additional fees will be required along with full registration for this event before drivers will be able to compete.
